COVID-19 Travel Update #STAYSAFE

Refund Policy.
If reservation cancellation concerns confirmed Covid-19 and lockdown restrictions or verified force majeure, our retreat centres provide the rescheduling option of room booking for the very same number of nights during the season or full refund. It is important our guests feel reassured and confident to our provided services.
Policy.
1. The room reservation is made on our website or on our partner's website.
2. Since travel dates are restricted by the government or local restrictions in the destination country, guests may change their arrival and departure dates or be fully refunded. As soon as the room reservation is confirmed, we kindly request guests to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy, in order to be secured they followed the proper procedure to enter the country. Guests need to complete a pre-departure form or be COVID-19 tested before travelling. In case they do not meet the entry requirements of the travelling country, they may be denied boarding, fined or delayed. Please note that our company is not liable for any other expenses e.g., flight costs, or liable to pay any compensation, in case of event injuries, deaths, losses, damages, costs, guests’ omissions or people affected by them, third party omissions associated to the provided services and terms and conditions.
We kindly request the guests to review the following page regularly for any updates. Please note there is a passenger tracking form needs to be filled out. Greece requires a negative Covid-19 test 72 hours before travelling. Guests have their own responsibility to review the following page and comply with the official general public health safety guidelines. For guests who do not obey following the announced official travel health instructions policy, a cancellation policy will be applied. Cleaning Protocol.
Please note our company and its third-party cooperators follow the public health authority guidance and the necessary cleaning and disinfection measures. There are used special disinfectant cleaning products for a safe and enjoyable accommodation. The trained staff wears protective gloves and masks and follows strict regulations and guidelines in rooms ventilating, cleaning and disinfecting (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, window sills and handles, keys, hairdryers, ironing boards and irons, garbage and recycling bins, oven, toaster, cooker and coffee maker electric machines, kitchenware, toilet, sink and bathroom, bedroom linens). Each room includes antiseptic liquids, hand sanitisers, disposable gloves, paper towels, face masks and tissues for the guests.
